Is it Paranormal Evidence?
Orbs
Not all Orbs are paranormal, but not all Orbs that can be explained should be ignored.

Orbs are subject to environment, human error and equipment upkeep, along with flash bounce back.

Orbs, much like a haunting are very unique and personal to the haunted. If it can be explained away,
it ultimately will need to be determined by the client who is familiar with the environment.

With that in mind below is a typical photograph capturing bugs at night.
Notes;
Bugs/insects will create  different orbs, based on the reflective surface or
where they are positioned with in the flash pattern  and distance from the
illumination.
Shadows/Mist Pictures;

Shadows and mist will often appear in pictures, but are rarely explained
away easily. A few considerations would be, contamination on the lens of
the camera? Respiration in a cold environment and a shadow caused by a
source not static...outside headlights? Somebody else using a flash and
camera? And variable bounce back ....Similar to a pinball effect?

Below is a spooky picture, but it is an investigator demonstrating
respiration on a cold winter night?

As with orbs, just because it can be explained away, does not mean it
should be ignored.

Lights Flickering;

Though this can be a tell tale sign of a haunting, It can also have an earthly
answer.

First you should check for light bulbs that are lightly screwed in to their
light socket.
Use caution, could be hot. Vibration from people walking on
the floor above, trucks passing near by out side and wind can all be
sources of vibrations.

Listen quietly to the switch for a crackle, this could be arching.
Use
caution, electro shock hazard.

Finally, a temp to change the light bulbs.
